I placed an order with Teaover on December 10 for a Christmas gift for my family.

The original order included two items:

1. Aurapure Light Dyed Gray Hair Dye Lumina Magic SII Hair Cream (75 g), 1 pc
2. Domestic Matcha Uji Tea Powdered Tea (Takamine 100g) by Hekisuien, 1 bag

Since the hair cream was out of stock, I requested a swap for the Light Dyed Gray Hair Lumina Magic SR (1.4 oz or 40 g) and to cover the price difference of 12 euros, I added Yae Nadeshiko Domestic Black Soybean Tea (3g x 100P). So, I was expecting three items in total.

I confirmed the replacement on December 20, but it wasn't until January 18—almost a month later—that I finally got my package. And guess what? Only one item was included: the Domestic Matcha Uji Tea Powdered Tea (Takamine 100g) by Hekisuien. The shipping label from Japan Post only mentioned that one bag of tea weighed 120 grams.

I paid for three products, yet they only sent one. When I reached out about this on January 18, a guy named Joshua said they would investigate it by January 20. I followed up on January 26, but there was no response. Now, it’s been 10 days with zero communication!

From my experience, this seller is incredibly unprofessional. Their response times are painfully slow, or they just ignore you altogether when you ask about product details or tracking info. Plus, the shipping was way late—ordered on December 10, and I only got part of it by January 18, despite choosing a 5-7 working day shipping option. And still no word on the missing items.

Honestly, they seem like total scammers to me! I've already reached out to PayPal to get my money back. Dealing with TeaOver has been a real headache!
